1. Service Description

ReviewUsher is a SaaS product that monitors Google Business Profile reviews, generates AI-powered response drafts, and posts approved responses on behalf of the customer.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using ReviewUsher, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Account & Access

• You must provide accurate business and contact information during setup.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must have authority to connect the Google Business Profile(s) you add.

4. How ReviewUsher Works

• ReviewUsher reads new Google reviews from your connected profile.
• AI generates a draft response for each review.
• You review and approve each response before it is posted.
• Nothing is posted without your explicit approval.

5. What ReviewUsher Does NOT Do

• We do not generate fake reviews or engagement.
• We do not guarantee removal of negative reviews.
• We do not modify your listing, photos, or business info.

6. AI-Generated Responses

• Responses are AI drafts for your review.
• You are responsible for content posted to your profile.
• AI never admits fault, offers discounts, or makes promises.

7. Billing

• Billing is handled by LemonSqueezy.
• You may cancel at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

ReviewUsher is provided "as-is." Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
